The interior of the buildings do have a billboards system to emulate offices interiors, you can turn it off and on, also can use it for night scenes by adding global illumination.
Note for OBJ users:
The FBX and OBJ contains the exported version, the promotional images are made using the native format to achieve similar results it is necessary to duplicate the main set and adjust the materials and lights on the software that you intent to use. To simplify the import export procedure this file only contains the Main set, as seen on the last images.
