In Obj file format.
Full quad model that includes the trees and landscape. Fully textured and UV mapped, with normal's optimized. The promo images were rendered with Iray and are not included. To facilitate the import/export not all landscape is included only the major ones roads and the main Park, from this trees and plants you can easily generate the rest of the landscape. It also includes more individual residential buildings with the same design but with different heights.
Also in C4D and FBX formats at the store, and other formats are available upon request.
