This a low poly city in modular and kit format you have scenes with cameras and lights, and you will also have a file with the models separated in nulls.This was made in Cinema4D R16 and works well from R14 and above.
To produce the images in the promos, choose one camera and rotate the set of lights the key light should go more or less behind the camera, also the HDRI sphere should be rotated so that the sun is at the same position as the key light.
